BIMFactory Co., Ltd. ("Company") uses cookies and similar technologies when you use "Forecast AI" (the "Service") to process behavioral information. This Cookie Policy explains which cookies we use, for what purposes, and how you can consent, refuse, or withdraw consent.
This Policy supplements the Company's Privacy Policy. If any conflict arises, the Privacy Policy prevails.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser when you visit a website. They identify the browser, device, or session to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and analyze usage.
In addition to cookies, we use similar technologies:
- LocalStorage / SessionStorage — stores consent records, language preferences
- Web beacons / pixel tags — measures email and page impressions
- Device identifiers — mobile advertising identifiers (ADID, IDFA)
2. Purposes of Cookie Use
We use cookies for the following purposes.

3. Categories of Cookies

3.1 Strictly Necessary
Essential for core service functionality. Legal basis: Article 15(1)(4) of the Personal Information Protection Act (contract performance) and Article 6(1)(b)(f) of the GDPR. These cannot be refused.

3.2 Functional

4. How to Give and Withdraw Consent
4.1 Giving consent
On your first visit, the cookie consent banner at the bottom of the screen lets you choose:
- Accept all — allows necessary, functional, analytics, and advertising cookies
- Reject all — allows only necessary cookies
- Settings — individually select functional, analytics, and advertising categories
Your choice and its timestamp are stored in the fai_cookie_consent cookie and LocalStorage.
4.2 Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time by:
- Clearing cookies — the banner will reappear on your next visit.
- Reopening Settings — changing preferences via the "Cookie Settings" menu (where provided).
- Blocking in your browser — see Section 5.
5. How to Block Cookies by Browser
You can block cookies directly in your browser. Blocking all cookies, including necessary ones, may restrict sign-in and other features.

6. Behavioral Information Processing and Right to Refuse
In accordance with Article 50-7 of the Korea Information and Communications Network Act and the transparency obligations under the Personal Information Protection Act:
- Collected items — visited pages, click events, dwell time, device identifiers, abbreviated IP addresses
- Collection method — analytics and advertising cookies (Section 3), web beacons, SDKs
- Purposes — usage statistics, ad performance measurement, personalized recommendations
- Retention — per Section 3; destroyed immediately after the purpose is fulfilled
- How to refuse — "Reject all" or disable analytics/advertising categories in the consent banner, or block cookies in your browser settings
Behavioral information is processed in a form that does not identify individuals, and we do not collect sensitive information.
7. International Transfers
Some cookie providers operate servers outside Korea, which means information collected via cookies may be transferred abroad.
