BIMFactory Co., Ltd. ("Company") processes refund requests in accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws of the Republic of Korea. You may request a refund of a paid charge within 7 days of the payment date.

Article 1 (Subscription Refunds)

Subscription services are intangible digital content and are refunded as follows.

You may request a refund within 7 days of each billing cycle's payment date
The refund amount is the payment amount less the portion corresponding to the credits you have already used (usage-based proration). If you have used all of your credits, there may be no refundable amount
After 7 days, refunds are restricted due to the nature of digital content
Upon refund, the subscription is cancelled immediately and access to paid features stops; refunds are limited to once per subscription
If you only cancel the subscription without requesting a refund, you may continue using the service until the end of the current billing cycle, and automatic renewal stops from the next billing date
To stop automatic renewal, please cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date

Article 2 (Additional Credit Purchases)

Credits purchased separately from a subscription ("additional credits") are subject to the following.

Purchased credits are valid for one year from the purchase date; any unused balance expires at the end of the validity period
Additional credits are digital content usable immediately upon payment. Under Article 17(2) of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal of subscription (refund) is restricted once their use has begun
Where there is a cause attributable to the Company (such as a payment error), or where you have not used any of the purchased credits, please contact the Customer Center and we will assist in accordance with applicable law

Article 3 (Marketplace Purchase Refunds)

The refund policy for purchases of persona and scenario templates is as follows.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase
However, due to the nature of the content, if a simulation using the item has exceeded 3 turns, refunds may be restricted owing to the loss of value from use
A brief reason survey is conducted when a refund is requested
Once a refund is completed, the item is removed from your library

If an amount has already been settled with the seller, refund processing may take 3–5 business days.

Article 4 (Non-Refundable Cases)

Refunds may be restricted in the following cases.

When the period or conditions specified in this Refund Policy have been exceeded
When service use has been restricted due to a violation of the Terms of Service
Services provided through a promotion or free of charge
When the same item is repurchased after a refund has already been received

Article 6 (Refund Processing Time)

Refund requests are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt. Depending on the payment method, additional time may be required for the refunded amount to be reflected.

Credit card: 3–7 business days after payment cancellation, according to the card issuer's policy

Article 7 (Changes to this Policy)

This Refund Policy may change according to service operating circumstances. Any change will be announced through the in-service notice section at least 7 days in advance. The changed policy applies to payments made on or after the announced effective date.
