Subscription, billing & refund details
- Paid plans are recurring digital subscriptions.
- Monthly plans are provided in one-month cycles and annual plans in 12-month cycles from the payment date, renewing and charging automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops renewal from the next billing date.
- You can pay by credit or debit card; payments are securely processed through Payple.
- Paid plans are billed automatically based on your chosen billing period (monthly or annual), and you can change your payment method from your account.
- You can request a refund within 7 days of payment; the refund amount is prorated by usage, excluding the credits you have already used.
- After 7 days, refunds are limited due to the nature of digital content.
Pricing FAQ
Credits are the unit consumed when running simulations. Each plan grants a set amount of credits per month, refreshed on your billing date.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged only the prorated difference for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect from your next billing date — you keep your current plan until then, and no refund is issued.
Cancellation stops automatic renewal from the next billing date. You keep access for the period you already paid for.
You are billed automatically on the same day each month, based on your first payment date. In months without that date, billing occurs on the last day of the month.
The new billing cycle takes effect from your next billing date. Choosing annual billing applies a 20% discount compared to monthly.
